Contribuiți la feedbackDuring my lunch break I threw up in the drive and ordered a burger with pommes. I had to turn around and go back because I realized that they forgot the riders. when I opened the envelope for the burger, it wasn't even the right one.
It wasn't a small order and everything was correct. They did an awesome job and the fries were still hot when we got home.
Really don’t deserve even one star. Tables windows floors seating are all disgusting, and filthy.
Fire everyone there. These people have the worst attitude are always rude especially the tall black lady at the window they rush you while you're ordering and then give the wrong orders I had to go back twice to get my order right and then I get no apology just them rolling their eyes like if I'm being a burden. Get rid of these rude a people.
I was discriminated against by the manager at 201 French Avenue in Sanford. I ordered through the drivethrough and she refused to give me my food, stating the drive-through was closed although there were no signs in place. I told her I ordered through the drive-through because it is difficult for me to come in due to recent surgery. When I did go in, she loudly ridiculed me and discussed my medical condition loudly to the other staff members and to the other customers. I have filed a complaint with the ADA because my medical needs were not met and because I was humiliated by the experience. The manager would not give me my food until I called the corporate office to complain. When I called the corporate office I was told someone would touch base in several days. I am so disgusted by the way this Burger King treats disabled people. Beware! They will make fun of you and your medical problems! I will never, ever go to Burger King again.
