Burger King - Sanford

The drive thru was very busy, but waiting was not long and eating was fresh and hot. big job

Some shifts here offer good customer service and others offer amateur average customer service this store makes hit and run businessmen coming from I-4 or people by shopping in the sanford mall they do not see again customers here they do not see local people living near by day here, so I think that the personal here affects not really care how they treat them to eat so that the customer service is definit

I use to work on this exact location burger king in the years 1999 and 2000. so once in the time I would visit and order something to eat. on 01/20/2022 I had a voucher for 2 whoppers, 2 small fries and 2 drinks for $8.99 I asked for cheese on both without pickles, no tomatoes and no tomatoes. everything was good, but no cash. total amount was $1,33

Horrible service... I ordered 2 double whoppers no bun... and I got 1 with only lettuce and cheese and the other was just 1 burger in a box..... they really should stay at home if they don't want to work... multiple times I have went and they are always rude and the food is always NOT FRESH... we always wait and we get excited that we have waited so long food that it should be melting my mouth but instead I feel like they took the time to go across the street and dig the food out of the dumpsters across the street...DO NOT EAT HERE EVER..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...... And I hope Bojangles put you out of business

Literally the worst service at a drive thru I 've ever experienced. All I ordered was 2 milkshakes and 8 nuggets. The lady taking my order would just keep repeating does that complete your order? After each item. Like, no ma 'am, I 'll let you know when my order is complete...no need to ask me. My boyfriend was originally the one ordering and he got silent and looked at me to finish ordering because he didnt even know how to interact with someone with an incredibly rude tone like that the entire time. And when she asked if my order was once again complete and my answer was yes, her response was okay well then pull around. Where else would I go? This woman was disgusting and laughable. The milkshakes came out like water and the nuggets were soggy. Was given 1 sauce pack for 8 nuggets. When I asked them to make the milkshakes thicker, they just added more ice cream and it was then full to the open rim about to spill the entire drive home... I have never wanted to throw a milkshake out of the car window until today. I of course waited until I got home to throw it away. Definitely not worth the calories. Incident from Sunday 7pm 2/6/22
