Wnb Factory Wings Burgers Tenders

Wow, what a fantastic spot for a great meal! I love visiting here occasionally for their incredible chicken wings. While their cheeseburgers are also noteworthy, I typically stick to the wings. I'm not a fan of spicy food, so I usually go for the lemon pepper or garlic parmesan flavors. (I do miss the Pepsi machine, though.) Overall, this place is just excellent! They are closed on Sundays, but that's not a dealbreaker for me. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

I returned today to speak with a manager, but the same representative was at the counter and was unhelpful. I requested to view the security footage from that day, and he just laughed it off. I want my money back. This employee, who identified himself, was rude and seemed indifferent to the fact that this was my last option for a late lunch. He could have checked the footage to confirm that he didn't provide my order, yet he swiped my card twice for a meal I never received.

The food was delicious, but the owner's behavior was very rude. I often wait at restaurants between my DoorDash shifts, and just before my next shift started, he asked me to leave because he was taking a break. There were no signs indicating that the restaurant would be temporarily closing, and had I known, I would have chosen a different place. I don't plan on coming back here anytime soon.

Way better then the nasty American deli up the street. I'm a chef and super picky. Everything we ordered was great! Wings were a good size, cooked properly and sauce was great! Now... as a Philadelphian... I'm a big critic when it Comes to cheesesteaks.... THEY DID THAT! I went Back For another the following day! The end!
