One Sushi - Sandy Springs

Great sushi in the Springs! We've dined here frequently, and we'll definitely be returning.

Absolutely terrible experience. The waiter seemed so disoriented that I was genuinely concerned for him. The loud pop music completely ruined the sushi ambiance. It was also way too expensive for what we received. There was only one table accommodating two guests. In the end, we left and discovered a fantastic sushi restaurant nearby. I will never return.

The service was incredibly disappointing—extremely slow! It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence, and I had to wave someone down just to get a drink. I noticed another customer sitting in the restaurant who eventually left because no one came to his table for such a long time. There were only about five other tables occupied, so there was really no excuse for the lack of service. By 8:30 a.m., the place was mostly empty aside from my table, and they started cleaning up around us, which made us feel unwelcome, so we decided to leave. The food itself was good; they just really need to improve their staffing and service.

A new sushi look! we needed a new sushi spot and this menu looked good, although not really in our neighboring. on a week the restaurant was quite quiet. our server was a great combination of attentive and personal touch and eating came out quickly. we have a few rolls that were different from what we were used and everything was excellent! While we don't often manage, I'm sure we're back.

Server has no clue on the menu items when ask to explain or clarify. Service was slow when the restaurant has only 3 table seated. I believed he forgot to put my wife order in and we have to wait. The only bright side is the female server helping me with my drinks and cleaning the table and with a smile. Overall, I would not recommend or visit again when visiting this area.
