Really big bagels and they are made fresh! Breakfast, and lunchToday I had a egg and cream cheese EVERYTHING BAGEL!?????

I tried to call but no answer to see if I could place a Togo order for pickup for a small order. No answer so I took my chance and drove. I walked in to order something and she said kitchen closed. I told her I tried calling and she said only 2 people working can't answer phone. There was no customers inside so clearly she could have answered the phone to say kitchen closed. Hispanic lady at front counter is rude.

Delicious bagels, very fresh. Jalapeño cheddar bagel is phenomenal.

Bagels are good but the customer service is awful. I went back to back days because I saw someone the first time get a bagel sandwich at 7:30 in the morning so I went back the next day at same time to be today and was told they couldn’t until 8:30. Keep on mind they open at 6:30 and one employee was doing nothing. Lady behind counter was very dismissive when I ordered the bacon egg and cheese simply saying kitchen opens at 8:30. Never been to a bagel shop where you can’t get a hot bagel until 2 hours after it opens or where that fact changes daily with no notice.

Delicious bagels. The top and bottom of bagel looks the same. The texture and taste of the bagels was excellent. We tried onion and multi-grain everything bagels. Both were yum.
