Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream - Sandy

This restaurant is fantastic! The customer service was excellent, and the ice cream was even better. They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The place was exceptionally clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. It was really fun to watch them make the ice cream. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!

I never thought I would say this, but the “ice cream” here was absolutely terrible—definitely the worst we’ve ever had. First, we had to pay before they even started making the ice cream. Then, the payment machine was malfunctioning and took us over 20 tries to get it to work. Finally, the ice cream was rock hard and completely different from what was advertised. It was super crunchy and icy. I can now understand why the place was completely empty with no customers.

I experienced no wait time at all, and the customer service was excellent, even with a new employee in training. The orange dish was packed with flavor and continued to improve as it melted. Although the white dish was initially over-frozen due to the trainee's mistake, it was nicely re-warmed afterward. Overall, fantastic taste, wonderful atmosphere, and great staff!

The ice cream was fantastic—rich and delicious! Dorian, our ice cream maker, was wonderful too; he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The smallest portion of any ice cream place I have ever been. Also the one staff member was barely present.
