While waiting in line, it was clear the woman in front of us was upset for one reason (lack of patience) or another. I’d like to compliment how the employees handled her and still maintained a wonderful demeanor. They were able to tolerate a clearly out of line customer and continue a positive experience for everyone else. Way to go, Dutch Bro!
I absolutely love the crew here. I get coffee 5 days a week and occasionally have one of the snacks they offer. Most of them know my order at this point. They are always courteous and helpful. Great location with amazing employees.
Out of all the locations I’ve been to (Draper, 9400 sandy and here 7856 S) I prefer this location. Service is always fast, efficient and excellent customer service. Drinks are always make correctly. I will always come here.
Hey not sure what's up but the last several times I've been by the coffee tastes off. Its the only place that's open real late and I've always loved dutch bros but either the espresso machines needs to be cleaned or shots are being pulled wrong. Each time i come lately my drink ends up tasting sour, overly acidic, bitter, and burnt.... please get it fixed guys : Dutch bros is usually my fav
Pretty bad service. Came for a smoothie, they said they didn’t sell smoothies, when we mentioned it was on the sign they kind of brushed it off. So we tell them the smoothie we wanted, they said “we only do the mango smoothie”.We order the mango smoothies, we get to the front, they charge us 3 dollars extra and claimed it as a tip.I’m not one to get terribly upset but i guess this was a bit upsetting situation.Please just be honest with your business.
