Domino's Pizza - Sandy

I placed an order and received a call from Adam saying that the restaurant was closed and my order was canceled. I even offered to pick it up, but Adam said they closed at 11, which didn't make sense. He also mentioned that the manager, Amber, had closed the restaurant at that time. However, the website allowed me to place an order and even indicated that my order was being prepared by a staff member named Taylor. This experience was extremely frustrating, especially compared to the service provided by Dominos.

The lack of customer service was disappointing during my visit to this restaurant, despite the delicious 5-star pizza. The middle-aged female employee on duty last night was unfriendly and seemed unwilling to take or fulfill orders, which likely impacted the sales at this location. I attempted to place my order over the phone due to issues with the app, but after waiting for 8 minutes with no response, I decided to go in person. Surprisingly, the restaurant didn't seem busy based on the monitors in the lobby. However, I was greeted with a long wait time, but decided to proceed with my order. Unfortunately, the employee was unable to honor the coupon I wanted to use, and even questioned my pizza preferences. Despite these issues, the pizza ultimately tasted great when it was finally ready. I did notice that there were only a few other orders listed on the screen after mine, suggesting that other customers may have experienced similarly long wait times. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to improve their communication and service, especially for online orders, to avoid potential loss of sales. Additionally, providing a platform for customer feedback on their app could help address any issues and enhance the overall experience for customers.

This restaurant experience was pretty terrible. I had to wait on hold for more than 5 separate occasions, with each hold lasting at least 7 minutes. I would not recommend giving them your business.

Can I put a 0? I was almost to the store when I got a call that my order was canceled. I asked why, the guy said well we only have 1 person and we're really busy. Maybe I get it if it was close to the 10pm closing time but my order was placed around 745. This was my first time trying dominoes after a bad experience a couple of years ago, needless to say they've lost a customer for life.

Horrible service won't deliver righht down the road. Guess papa John's will be my new pizz place
