Unfortunately, this restaurant is discontinuing their brunch service. It's a shame because with a little more effort, it could have been amazing. On this particular Sunday, they faced some issues - the sauces for the Eggs Benedict were not hot and the bread rolls were a bit stale. Despite this, I think the concept has potential to be wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the unique Eggs Benedict option over the typical omelet choices.

Our experience at Carver's was excellent. We were seated promptly, the service was great, and the food was delicious. It is definitely a special occasion spot, as the prices are a bit higher than usual. However, the quality of the food justifies the cost. The only issue we had was with a misunderstanding about a Surf and Turf special that turned out to be a combination of two meals. We should have clarified before ordering. The service was fast and friendly, with our server even giving us a complimentary dessert because our anniversary was approaching.

As I travel enough, I like to find a good place for my landing- dinner meal. This is it, close enough to walk to and the appetizers and wide selection of appetizers is just enough to get me settled for the evening. The lamb chops are wonderful with the chutney adds to the cajun flavors.

My wife and I celebrated our 14th anniversary with a dinner at this restaurant. The food was superb, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was peaceful and quiet. Although it is a bit expensive, be prepared to spend around $30-40 more than you might expect. We will definitely return in the future.

Not a single thing to complain, but the best part by far was the service. I'll be back soon to try out other items from the menu. Our food was boiled for perfection and the bread pudding dessert was mostly delicious. We both loved my rib eye, but found the fillet to be a touch that was also cooked for medium. The ambience is ideal for couples, families or groups looking for an upscale culinary experience.
