I was lining up to buy, I was distracted on the phone and an employee named Carmelo threw me a piece of chicken from the inside and told me that he was going to order, I thought it was disrespectful on the part of the staff to their customers

Mariela was super friendly, excellent customer service!

The lady that starts the order's had very long fingernails, causing her nails to poke through the gloves, exposing her nails and fingertips. After we placed our order, the couple behind us asked the lady if she could take off some cheese on the kids' quesedilla, so she put the partially melted cheese back in the cheese container. That cheese should've been thrown away. We will never eat at that location again.
