Burger King - Sandy

My husband ordered a hamburger and a jr whopper through the drive thru. He had to wait for a long time for the order and then when he got home with it, both orders were wrong. They gave us a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. I tried calling to complain but no one answered. A very disappointed experience.

I am working on reporting this location to burger king corporate as they DO NOT HONOR THEIR POSTED HOURS in FALSE ADVERTISING!

I never use the restroom in a restaurant without ordering something, but I refuse to order something from a restaurant whose restrooms are so ultimately disgusting. I stopped in to use the restroom and was going to order a whopper just to be respectful. I wasn't that hungry, but could use a snack anyway. The women's restroom was out of order, so I went to the only restroom that was available, which was the men's restroom. There was so much pee on the floor that my shoes were literally slipping. There was pee all over the seat as well. The toilet paper was impossible to dispense, and the only other available roll was on the ground in a puddle of pee. I exited the facility as soon as I possibly could, and not only will I never use one of their restrooms again, but I will never eat a morsel of food from this restaurant ever again.

Terrible customer service, and even worse food (I literally had to spit my meal out) they didn't have the first three things I wanted to order in stock, and only have half of the sauces they should. not to mention there isn't a single table that looks like it hasn't been wiped down in the past week and the cash registers didn't have any change so before the single employee that could speak English working could get started on my meal he had to run to the back to try to find a change for a $20 bills. after taking a single bite out of my food before gagging. I wanted to go up and demand a refund, but with the disgusting environment, food that looks and tastes like **** and terrible customer service I just wanted to leave.

I just got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich from here. It took like an 15-20 minutes to get the sandwich. I started eating it, and it was completely uncooked/raw in the center. Absolutely disgusting
