Beth's Bakery Cafe - Sandwich

We have been loyal customers of Beth's since they first opened. Recently, I ordered a birthday cake for my wife and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The ordering process left me feeling like my order was forgotten. When I went to pick up the cake on a Saturday, it was a chaotic and disorganized process, taking about half an hour from start to finish. The cake itself looked more like a giant cupcake than a birthday cake, and for $30, the taste was subpar. The cake was dry and the icing had an unpleasant taste of crisco. This experience was the last straw for me at Beth's, as there are far better options out there in terms of bakery quality, pricing, and service.

This restaurant is quite charming, with a great variety of dishes and outdoor seating. However, it took 30 minutes to receive our coffee and pastries. The service was disorganized with dishes coming out in bits, incorrect orders being received, and a lack of silverware. The pastries were visually appealing, but the croissant I ordered was not very tasty.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The Vermont panini was delicious and the flavors were amazing. I also enjoyed a tasty chai latte. I couldn't resist trying the carrot cake, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting, with all the treats looking delicious. Overall, a great dining experience!

Beth’s is a cape cod gemstone. the perfect, heart-warming small town café and my first box stop while leaving boston.
