Bad customer service they don't give proper things like sugar and tissue with food also when kids go to ask stuffs the kitchen staffs get rude like what do you want now . Also ordered a hot chocolate it was terrible when asked to change they said it my fault because I kept it for 20 mins and I ordered it at 11.22 and they bring It at 11.30 and I brought it there at 11.42 so they are terrible people. Should make them respect customers never gonna go there again
Worst McDonald’s ever do not go here! Managers are rude and unhelpful (Jason and Stephen) and staff have no idea what they’re doing. Disgusting
Every time I order nuggets or selects I never get any sauces. This is the 4th time, it’s on the receipt on Uber but it’s not in the bag. I tried calling as I put the order through to make sure it was put in, but no one picked the phone up. The quality control is terrible. Obviously this Mac Donald’s doesn’t care if the order is right or not.
I order 6 breakfast meals for my family as a treat for start of lockdown. I have been a regular McDonalds customer and usually service and food been good, but not tried this branch. I ordered through UBER EATS. The food was on time, but the McMuffins and hash brown were abit soggy, like they had been cooked awhile ago. Also, they missed 3 bottles of Orange Juice, this was such a disappointment, as we were really looking forward to this and they didn't seem to care. Kids were without orange juice. McDonalds blamed on UBER EATS, and UBER EATS blamed on McDonalds. This is disgraceful service. And as compensation offered me £4, when they ruined my whole breakfast experience with my family.
