Hot Wok - Sandwell

My partner and I used to order from this restaurant at least twice a week, but lately the food quality has been terrible and the customer service is awful. We ordered a variety of dishes only to find that the rice was undercooked and the chips were hard, as if they had been cooked twice. When I called to complain, I was told that I could get new chips and rice if I came to collect them myself, as the driver couldn't deliver, which would leave the rest of my food cold. They refused to replace the entire order, which had already gone cold. When I asked for a refund, they also refused. Overall, very disappointing experience with terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from them again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

The food at this place is amazing. Try the ribs in bbq sauce. The meat falls off the bone and is delicious. Me and my wife's favourite Chinese by a long way

I really enjoy the food from this restaurant, especially the spring rolls and chicken balls. The curry sauce is tasty and I find that ordering takeout is better because sometimes the food isn't as hot with delivery.

I usually just go for a bag of chips on a Sunday night, but I've tried other dishes from this restaurant and they are always delicious. I ordered takeaway and the service and delivery time were excellent.

Found a dead bug in my food. Which they then argued about refunding. Eventually managed to get £4 of my £12 order refunded but the lady on the phone was very rude, and they demanded I returned the food to them, which is worrying.
