Perkins Bakery - Sandusky

After waiting 40 mins for breakfast we were told the order hadn’t made it to the kitchen. Zero empathy from the server. After another 15 mins the manager somehow found out about the situation and was extremely apologetic and accommodating. She agreed to take care of our bill which was a very nice gesture but the damage had been done. I would recommend staying away from this place especially when it’s busy.

Nice atmosphere. Mediocre food. Ordered eggs Benedict. They were badly overcooked. Server disappeared and when he finally reappeared, he said he was sorry. I agree.

This Perkins is located right inside the park and is so adorable. The food came out so fast and we didn’t even have to wait to be seated. There are loads of seats everywhere to accommodate the amount of people inside the hotel. Our server was super sweet and he got to us quickly and got our refills. It did feel a little rushed but I understand it is to keep the restaurant flow going.

Long wait for cold hard cheese sticks and chicken tenders cooked in old greese lady taking order was hectic and lost

Hope you don't require a highchair for your child. They won't allow you to put one at the end of a both, so get ready to wait for a table to open while there are many open boths. Fun.
