Papa Johns Pizza - Sandusky

I arrived to pick my order up at the scheduled time and the employees were outside taking photos of themselves. When I pulled up I watched them scramble inside giggling. they stated they just put it in the oven. Zero stars. Where is an adult? Why was my order not prepared when you had ample time ? It wasn’t even in the oven????

Food was perfect pickup was very easy love this location!

When I received my pizza through the pick up window there was a long piece of hair coming out the box and on the sticker . I told the employee and she said to pull to a parking spot and she will re make it. I decided to wait inside to verify the remake of my pizza. No employee handling had a hair net on. The worker that was cutting the pizza was drinking dunking donuts in the cutting area and had her hand in her mouth. Also, they tried to serve me the same pizza. The pizza the handed me never came out the oven and the stalled thinking that I would not notice. I asked for a refund. Highly disappointed because I am a huge fan of ppjs .

Ordered food for delivery on a weekday and was told 27-37 minutes 1 hour later I still didn 't receive my food I called them and was told it 's leaving now Not a good customer experience. I canceled my order and will NEVER order from that place again.

As a dasher, I expect some delays and some issues occasionally, but this particular store is atrocious. I had to un-assign 2 orders and should have unassigned a 3rd today because after 30 minutes waiting, they still hadn't started the order I was there for. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I could cancel the order if I didn't like it.
