Trinity At City Beach - Sandpoint

The restaurant is nice and offers a wonderful view. The food and service were good, though nothing extraordinary. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, my main course was brought out at the same time as my soup and salad. The waitress acknowledged the mistake and offered to keep my salmon warm under a heat lamp until I was ready, but I preferred it cold. It would have been better if she had asked the kitchen to prepare another main course to be served at the correct time. I'm not sure if this is their usual practice or if it was because I was dining alone and the kitchen wanted me to eat quickly. I would give it another try if I am in the area, as I believe in giving second chances.

The restaurant has a fantastic location and menu. The view was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and it was amazing to watch the bald eagle perched in the tree outside.

The pasta dishes could use a bit more flavor, but overall the restaurant is fantastic.

We were looking for a patio on a nice summer day; this one is great with lake views but unfortunately the place is surrounded by cottonwood trees and the pods were blowing everywhere, getting in the food and drinks. It’s a seasonal thing but makes patio dining less appealing. Other than that our experience was good...probably the best patio in Sandpoint.

I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and found the price per person to be between $20 and $30. The food was rated a 4, as was the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Fish and Chips when dining at this establishment.
