Heart Bowls - Sandpoint

The bowls at this restaurant are excellent. While they are a bit expensive, they are of high quality. However, I am disappointed by the fact that there is an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill. I believe gratuity should be given voluntarily as a token of appreciation for exceptional service, not as a mandatory charge imposed on customers.

This place is not only fantastic but a public service! Great green drinks, my wife got the coffee, and bagel sandwich I went with the Southwest salad, and a green smoothie. Loved it!!! I?m on the Gerson Therapy diet for cancer so this is like a tripto paradise and now I find this place! I?m going to live forever :

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff patiently helped me as I tried to remember my husband's coffee order while he waited on the beautiful patio with our dog. They brought our food out promptly and greeted our pup happily. They even came back out with napkins! We will definitely be returning whenever we are in town. Additionally, the food and coffee were very good.

Acai bowl was so good and a pretty generous serving for the regular. Best pumpkin spice latte I've ever had. And a decent (kinda overpriced) bagel. They automatically tack on a 20% tip, however service/interaction with staff is very minimal Coollocation and ambience!

I enjoyed my southwest rice bowl on the beautiful patio covered in vines. The prices were very reasonable for the fresh and organic ingredients. I will definitely return to this restaurant.
