My family and I came to this restaurant for a birthday meal with 6 adults and 6 kids. The service was great and the food was delicious. We were happy with everything until one of us overheard staff in the bathroom saying they thought we would be annoying, but actually found us to be nice. However, there was some mess, caused by 2 kids under the age of 1, who each had a paid-for kids meal. This restaurant is our go-to spot for family birthdays, and we usually have no complaints. But today, we felt that the staff's comments were rude when they thought we had left, even though we had been nothing but polite. Our children were well-behaved and remained seated unless using the kids' toy machine or going to the bathroom. They did not run around the restaurant or cause any disruptions.

I wish the kids' meals had come out earlier instead of being served last after a long wait following the adult meals. The service was rated as 3, with the meal being brunch and the price per person ranging from £10 to £20. The food was rated as 4 and the atmosphere as 3. I recommend trying the Loaded Surf and Turf dish.
