Outback Steakhouse - Sandbridge

This is our third visit that we just have not been happy with. We only came back because we had a gift card to use. The waitress had no personality and was quite short with our interactions. Part of our order came to the table wrong. The manager came to the table and we were honest about our experiences and how confusing it is with different people involved in the whole process. You have a person that takes your order, another that brings your drinks, someone else that brings the food. We didn't get our napkin and utensils until we were halfway done with our blooming onion and we had to ask for them. We never got refills of our water and couldn't get anyone's attention. However it is of my opinion that they should be making the rounds and checking for those needs like they use to. Very disappointed once again!!! It should have been a nice dinner out with wife but it was a waste of money and time.

Let me start by saying I travel for work and Im familiar with a good experience at this chain. With that said we decided to bring an entire soccer team and parents here which was a lot from my perspective. We arrived at prime time super busy on a Saturday. If I could leave a wow review I would but I was forced to leave a measly 5 stars. Execution at this place is flawless. I mentioned I travel for work which includes a lot of high end client dealers. This place matches the level of service. Food is good as to be expected from outback but the key here is the service. Our waitress Jennifer made serving the roughly 12 kids and 10 adults look easy. Ive waited an hour plus to place an order in circumstances like this and we got in and out in 2 hours. Remarkable experience. I can thank Jennifer enough for how well she managed our section she is a phenomenal employee. Wish we had more Jennifer’s in this world as half of the restaurants these days struggle to find good staff.

This us the 2nd time we came here to eat because the first visit was AMAZING!! It was Valentines dayand the Manager went around ti every table and asked how it was, the server was so attentive, but didn't hover. The server also gave our kids little Valentines toys. This visit is amazing as well!!! Our son wanted to get the loaded fries app, but we were pinching pennies, when he ordered his sides for dinner she asked if he would like bacon bits and cheese. Wow, she actually remembered ge wanted those fries!!! She was very friendly and attentive to all if us !! The Manager came back around and remembered us, and gave us a free dessert coupon for next visit !!!! I told him as long as he is the Manager we will definitely be back again!!! One thing, the restrooms were immaculate, very clean, very sterile!!!

Me and the wife went here for dinner and both got the 3 course special they were having. The food was decent, and the service was great. It was well worth what we spent, which a lot of times it isn't.
