Firehouse Subs Hilltop - Sandbridge

I just wanted to share a good experience I had with the lunch crew today! In all fairness there had to have been a computer glitch because I saw the order slip and my online order which were two different things but I came back for an incorrect sandwich being made to be corrected. They had no problem fixing the issue normally people are not so nice. I go hear often and will continue to support! I appreciate the kindness and promptness for them to get my sandwich fixed! Great team!

My company ordered food for my team and our sides were not included. We only got the sandwiches and drinks (only because it was self serve) and the sandwiches were not labeled making it hard to identify which sandwich belonged to whom. When trying to call the restaurant, there is no option to speak to a staff member to resolve any issues such as this. The only option is to email and they'll get back to you within 24 hours. Would not recommend if you have a big order. You won't get everything you paid for. Going through the horrible traffic and construction isn't worth the hassle of going back for the missing food.

Every time I've been here, I've been greeted I have been here hundreds of times. Very friendly staff and the subs always come out exactly how they were ordered. Special shout out to Jagat for always going above and beyond.

Love this firehouse! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everyone has a smile on their face when you walk in the door. The food as always was delicious.
