Chipotle Mexican Grill In Virg

Every time we come here they are out of half the ingredients. Every. Single. Time.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever experienced....correction worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Who the heck owns this place?

I'd been seeing that the reviews for this restaurant were not very good. We used to go a lot and loved it, but we slowed down after 2020. They changed locations, and this was the first time I'd been to this one. It wasn't very busy (maybe two customers ahead of us), but you'd think they were slammed. I'd hate to see it if it really were. First of all, the area where they make your food had food all over it. They set the bowls down in it contaminating them and making it a mess to deal with. I then saw why it was that way. As they prepared my tacos, they used one hand to just spoon it in the best they could with sour cream blobbed on one taco and dripping down off the side. Many of the ingredients landed on the counter, thus the salad of ingredients referenced above. It was like no care was given to prepare the food properly and get the ingredients where they needed to be. I have gift cards, but I'll find a different location to use them and hope for better service.

Been there like four times and every time I go there. I have to wait for them to finish cooking stuff and they don’t never have stuff stop poor service. I think they need to get a whole new management and there before they lose more money in their business I came to realize I’m not going there no more till they change management or get better serving

Delicious. Fresh ingredients. I order online and pick up in store. There have never been any delays.
