Came here with the family am silvester, great food, good value, lively atmosphere, really enjoyed it.

The service was absolutely terrible, it took 25 minutes to get 3 drinks from the bar that was not even busy. the waitresses passed several times and have never recognized our finished plates. No one ever came to check whether our food was in order or not, appetizers were expensive for the amount of food received. overall a bad experience.

We went to the glasshouse for a factory meal there were a total of 7 of us all thought that the glasshouse and grill is a really nice building and very well decorated. eat fantastic (steaks done to perfection) and good value. however service was terrible.2 very friendly young staff who must have been new, did not seem to know the menu that we was in order with him when she got and older staff in simple dresses, was very abruptly almost aggressive to us she was not appropriate in a mini skirt and was harvesting up dressed and seemed to have a job problem. I think the further education should really be provided to all employees not only in the menu, but also in the customer service.

I'm meeting with a friend we drink from the barcocks. we then sat down, it was a very Monday night we were the only ones there the waitress was nice and friendly, although I drank my drink within 10 minutes and was not offered another the whole night we had a sharing pad then net.
