I guided the tour (regarding the previous review). My apologies to those affected. I would like to set the record straight to whoever is reading the reviews. Yes, I spoke loudly because the group was big (15 ppl) and almost no one listened to what I say. I was taking pauses, so the others can continue their conversations, I waited for them to translate my words to their relatives. I answered every question given, but no one listened, except for 2-3 people and some young girls, who also asked me a couple of interesting questions. I was as polite as possible, i didn't offend anyone, it was not my intention. I got stressed, I obviously couldn't even focus on my thoughts and tour, because the whole group was extremely loud, talking to and with each other, many people asking different things at the same time. I could barely hear the ones interested! I'm not gonna let this comment speak for my work and all the effort I put into this! Remember how many times you asked me the same question, because you weren't listening or paying attention. I explained about orange wine 3 times... Even your relative told you in front of me, that I answered everything he wanted to know. I feel offended and exhausted ..
