Mama Wati'ss - Sandakan

Had the most amazing home cooked nasi goreng bawang puteh (fried rice with garlic) at a very affordable price. mama! watie also prepared to eat for herself that she also shared with us. (The black coffee is simple, but comes in a Huuge part)

Excellent! mama! wati is a local facility and a hangout for locals, including drivers and pirate leaders. cocose for days, fried bananas, sweet potato emanadas and cold drinks in this wonderful crèche. a fat cat holds her as a chicken in front of the wire gate roam.

Delicious food, warm hospitality and very affordable. you have to eat here and meet mama!

Mama Wati’s is more like eating in the kitchen of her oma instead of in a restaurant. I had a great lunch here during my day in sepilok. I pulled a chair outside and ordered the fried noodles with chicken, egg and vegetables and the fried bananas. both were delicious and good portion size. in any case, can not complain about the price, either, as it is very reasonable. nothing nice, just delicious local food.

Delocious home-made food, big portions and affordable prices. We had some fried noodles with chicken and some fried rice with garlic and they were excellent! We also ordered some fried banana for RM1. Grab some food here if you are in Sepilok.
