Sonic Drive-in - Sand Springs

Ok, I use to go here all the time but I won't go anymore. I take the extra time to go to the one in N SS. I sat there for 25 min for a diet coke it wasn't busy. Then when I call in, they tell me it's coming. It didn't come. I call back they say ma'me your going to have to go to another stall we can't hear you. I was so frustrated. I was on a break from work ended up having to use the time to grab a diet coke as my lunch time. Then when she finally brought it, no explanation, just a cold attitude. Have been back but each time just snotty attitude. I should clarify this is the day girls, not the evening. I'm usually there b4 11am.

It has fallen far from what Sonic used to be. The food is always cold, if it's even the right food you order.

Good service, friendly employees, parking lot would benefit from repairs and a good cleaning.

Took forever to get order. When got home, the bacon burger had no bacon. The chicken was hard and burnt. My son took this back. But I stayed at home eating mine. My onions rings were burnt and hard but my son had already left. Got to bottom of container and a group of rings were stuck together. When pulling apart they were white raw and googly where they were stuck together and the rest were burnt.

Got great price on value priced items tonight I got a giant double cheeseburger and onion rings.
