Contribuiți la feedbackBeautiful resort!! Great views! A ton of wonderful amenities, super friendly staff, the room was very spacious and cozy (in room jacuzzi was AWESOME) We loved it!! ???? They literally have everything from bbq grills to a convenient store to a full on-site restaurant that will bring room service if you'd like! Once you're there, if you need for anything you don't have to go anywhere!! Can't wait to go back!!
My stay at Steele Hill was a gift from a dear friend. The grounds are lovely as well as they view of the lake. I felt safe on the grounds as well as in my suite. It was a pleasant experience However, where I am not a golfer, it was wasted on me. I had a concert at the Colonial Theater in Laconia so its location was perfect, barely 20 minutes door to door The elevated prices in the Market were an unpleasant surprise especially when I later discovered that the SilverForest earrings I purchased were marked up an additional$8.00 per pair. Food in the restaurant was good, service was decent, and having a full kitchen to use and being our own breakfast was welcome and handy. I would recommend this resortto avid golfer friends, especially those with kids as the pools were kid friendly and busy
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. It only lost a star for some constructive criticisms I have. For starters, there were no elevators. This is more of an inconvenience for someone like me who can walk up 4 flights of stairs but it?s not very accessible for disabled people. Secondly, the restaurant was a teeny tiny bit overpriced for my liking. It was like $12 for a plate of mozzarella sticks. And it?s the only food options at the place other than vending machinesor what you bring from home. Thirdly, there?s almost no signage or maps. The pools were a little difficult to find, the restaurant gives no clue that it?s the restaurant until you?re inside. Finally, there were some activities that weresupposedly planned. But when we showed up to the location they were meant to be at, no one was there. Not another patron, not an organizer, no staff. Just some wild turkeys outside. But let?s focus on the good stuff. The room pricingitself was affordable for what you get. We got a two bedroom, with a fireplace, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry with the most beautiful view of the mountains for about $150/night. Everything is within walking distance. The heated pool andthe hot tub is FANTASTIC (but a little hard to find) even the non-heated pool with the water slide was fun. And if they could actually stick to those activities, that would be a great family activity and way to get souvenirs. And theservice and the staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and anticipated our needs before I even had to ask.
