Tim Hortons - Sanborn

The service was excellent. I've been to many Tim Hortons locations, and the staff consistently provides better customer service than what I experience at other fast food chains.

I was disappointed with my experience when I ordered food. The menu on the screen suddenly disappeared and was replaced by some silly screensaver! Who on earth would design something like that in a restaurant?

Every time I visit Tim Hortons for a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, it never comes toasted. However, I must say that the service is always very quick.

No sausage on my sandwich, though after making sure while ordering.

I'm allergic to tomatoes and order a sandwich without the tomatoes. When receiving my order I checked there was tomatoes and no mayo. I know people make mistakes but had i not check i would be on my way to the er. They need to be more careful.
