Was lied to by Jamie about purchasing a Trenta Ice water. She said it was against policy. I buy them all the time. Called Starbucks customer service and it is not. Lol. They're sending me a gift card for my troubles. Went across the street to the strip mall Starbucks by the movie theater and got a Trenta ice water, no problem! I'm a great tipper and a nice guy. Just don't understand people sometimes.
The Starbucks manager is amazing, she caring and just all around awesome . The staff is great as well I love this Starbucks
