Contribuiți la feedbackReally had such high hopes for the Roccos experience but wow what a complete flop. Ordered takeout, over $80.00 plus tip. I really don't mind paying top dollar for good food but what I got wasn't even edible. So disappointing. Wings completely overcooked and wicked dry. Pizza dough wasn't even cooked completely and raw. I can't believe I actually paid for that. My disappointment is immeasurable. Definitely will not be returning. But thanks for the smiles when I walked in to pick up the food that was awfully nice.
Food was great however the first thing that 's charged is a non cash payment fee with no warning or them asking how we will be paying. Should ask if I 'll be paying cash or card and inform your customers of a non cash payment charge .Pay attention to your recipes cause I highly doubt they remove it for those who do pay cash.
Third time here since we moved in 2009. Love it. Just the best sauce. The best crust. You can't have too much cheese. I can't wait for them to expand and add more parking. Thanks guys. For reference, I ordered a 9 inch deep dish with sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms. It's pretty big for a 9 inch. Hubby had gluten free. Kiddo had corkscrew pasta with tomato sauce and bread sticks. We got the bread sticks, deep dish supreme pizza, and the 505. The bread sticks came out last and weren't flavorful at all. So much food and so little flavor. The deep dish was ok, nothing to rave over but I will admit the crust was good. 505 sandwich was decent. The server felt really flustered and kept forgetting to bring us stuff and seemed like the kitchen had issues with order placement. Idk. Wasn't a good experience for us and won't be returning.
I heard good things about this place and I am a fan of most deep dish pizza, but I can’t lie this pizza (the Big Bad Wolf) was not good. It tasted like Golden Corral buffet pizza. In fact other reminded me a lot of a pizza buffet from the Pacific Northwest called Izzy’s. I used to go there often as a kid and it wasnt for the pizza. For $31 plus tax I expected better. The garlic bread was whatever. Same stuff I can get in the frozen section at Dollar Tree and put in my microwave.Restaurant is tiny and hard to spot. I was looking specifically for it and still almost missed it. I heard they are moving into a bigger building. That will be great for them. As is it has the feel of a very small and very crowded Midwestern diner. Was unsure where to pick up my order from. Went to register by default. I know this is a popular place so they won’t miss my business, and I am not trying to hate, but I doubt I will adding this place to my restaurant roster.
