Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - San Xavier

Filet was cheap. Bacon was not cooked. There was a gray membrane around the filet. It fell apart into pieces. Which means it was pieced together. I sent it back. Sea Bass tasted like a Thanksgiving dinner not seafood. Ahi tuna was rank. Carrot cake was 1/2 inch high.

The food and service are as good as ever, but on the new smaller menu some of my favorites are gone esp. the Impossible Burger . I realize that in today's world restaurants are cutting costs, so I guess this is better than having the full menu and lowering the quality of the food like so many other places have done.

I took my husband for dinner at Firebirds to celebrate his birthday. We were both very happy with the meal. The food was excellent, the service was great. We enjoyed being there on a Tuesday. Not overly busy which made it very enjoyable for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I have been to Firebirds many many times. This last visit will be my last. I am lactose intolerant and there was cheese on my vegetables which was NOT listed on the menu. When I pointed it out to the manager his response was “I will email corporate to have the menu changed”. He should have comped my meal!

Very enjoyable. Had an early dinner to keep it as quiet as possible. Baby Back Rib dinner special was quite delicious. You're my favorite restaurant. Service always quite lovely.
