Il Posto Delle More - SAN VENANZO

My family and I went for a dinner based on traditional torta al testo in this beautiful countryhouse and we were impressed how good it was. We also had cheese&ham hors d 'oeuvre and house red&white wine. All was excellent. Strongly recommended.

Fabulous homemade homegrown and tasty food. Laura was lovely and we tried as much as we could eat. We will be back, the food, local wine and views were incredible. Lovely evening!

Fabulous restaurant, great view over the hills, exaptional restaurant! Including nice swimming pool for the kids. Extremely aforable.

The plan for the evening was dinner at the sagra (a village festival with food and local traditions at Rotecastello. Arriving there along the scenic road from Fratta Todina, alas the sagra was finished. Travelling along the road on a dark night, we happened upon Il posto delle more (Blackberry place : . We couldn't enjoy the view from the nice outdoor terrace but the food was quality Umbrian cooking, the people were friendly and service was quick. A party of five with wine, first and second plates, no desserts was €100. No pretensions, worth a stop.
