Pizza Romano - San Tan Valley

Ordered ?well done? boneless wings, and they were RAW. Literally made us throw up and lost our appetite. This is unsafe! *48 hours later, after calling and speaking to the manager who told me to email their boss for a refund.... still no refund or response! After sending raw chicken to someone 's home, you should at least not be too busy to send a refund.

My husband and I went in this afternoon, to get the lunch special. $6 pizza and a drink, and $12 pizza wings and a drink. The lady helping us, who we later found out was the manager, didn 't know what the $12 special was. So a whole lot of confusion ordering, then we finally said just the pizza wings and a drink combo for my husband. She asked what kind of pizza and he said pepperoni. Out comes our pizzas, mine was Hawaiian and his was just cheese. So I let the other lady working know we asked for pepperoni. She took it back, put pepperoni on the SAME slice of pizza and put it through the warmer again. The cheese slice already had over cooked cheese on it and now it just looked gross with pepperonis that would fall of. My husband went back up and the lady said oh you wanted a new slice? Yes. What the heck do you think we wanted? A burnt cheese pizza with warmed up pepperonis on it? So she took it back and out came the next slice which looked just as over cooked as the last with cheese sprinkled on top and put back through the warmer. That 's when we asked for the manager and it was the lady who took our order who didn 't know what the $12 lunch combo was. So overly saddened and appalled by this. We use to love this place. It is very clear those 2 girls working need some more training, especially the so called manager. Sad to say we will never be going back.

October 31, 2022 This locations continues to not disappoint. They were extremely busy yesterday, being as it was Halloween and all. Ordered a pizza from a young lady at the counter Veronica? and ran across the parking lot to Goodwill to pick up a last minute kid costume accessory. When I got back in 10 minutes, the pizza was hot/ready and I was on my way back home. The staff there is incredibly friendly and always makes us feel like they are part of our community. Our kids LOVE this pizza, and they're super picky eaters! Past Review from 08 2022 ? : This particular Pizza Romano location may be new to our community in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley, but they are one of only two businesses that have ever made me feel like they wanted to be part of the community. The food is good we have only tried the pizza and we're anxious to go back and try out the other items. Our take out order was ready early and I was in/out of there in just a couple minutes. After our visit, the manager reached out to me to see how things were and to thank us for a review we left on another platform. That's when they reminded me of the businesses of old, when I use to live in a very large city with a multitude of neighborhoods within it. There's a sit down area to eat with table and chairs, but I think that may be expanding in the future they are still kind of new. Our community needs more businesses like this Pizza Romano serving good food and connecting with the locals on a personal level.

I always stick to the pizza and the wings or fries. Also the desert. Pizza Romano has never messed up. From the start, I was always given great pizza. I order a few times from the competitors across the road but they messed up my order so many times. So I went back to Romano.

I would definitely not recommend going here. We walk in and order and they said it will be about 30 minutes, we thought that would be fine so we waited.. as we were waiting we saw almost every person that came in to get their online order get their order only to come back because their order was missing something. The place looked like it was run by a bunch of freshman that didn?t dress professionally nor did they wear anything to secure their hair so it wouldn?t get in the food. We waited and HOUR AND 20 MINUTES just to get our pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. Any other pizza place where I?ve gotten a bigger order than this didn?t take this long to get our food. This was our first and last time going to this place.
