I was in this cozy and warm mountain hut, we booked for the 13:30 , the table was waiting for us, we ate well, and we were served in just times, kind welcome and attentive from the owner and collaborators, we opted for the tourist menu of 20€, appetizer of cheeses and local meats, 2 very good first, a second meat with meat contour of potatoes, absolutely appreciated, the chef is also the owner of the cottage, Thanks old hut, to the next

I was in this place with friends, quiet place, improvised staff, but we say capable. The menu, the appetizers a little bit scarce, the first good pear could be done more by pulling on the pasta not (casereccia) to the tooth, and not to cook too much the second of roast meat, all in all good, then sweet (ni). Some friends didn't really like the menu saying good, but. However if you do not expect much from the menu and from the place you can certainly go.

Now it's called The Citadel. We took a while to find it, it is at the entrance of the Cropani... We took advantage of it after a morning in the woods and despite the full room, we were served quickly. There was a fixed menu with appetizers meats and cheeses, 2 first mushrooms, a second of meat, dessert, water, wine, coffee and bitter all delicious, 25 euros per head. Recommended place! Place from me frequented assiduously all the times I go to the national park of Pollino, fantastic homemade kitchen, suggestive environment and prices straccia united to the friendliness of the owner Sig.Antonio, highly recommended

A restaurant worthy of being reviewed, not only for its poverty in furniture, typical of a mountain refuge, but also for the richness and genuineness in food and hospitality. Ideal for those who want to taste cheese products, in complete relaxation, enjoying the colors of unspoilt nature and its unmistakable perfume. There are three tourist menus and is all great, the properitaria is kind and affable, loves its restaurant and the beauty of nature that surrounds it. I mean, it's a must. You won't be disappointed.
