That's why, more than a critique, it's a thank you for the magnificent work that the whole bidebide team does. It is a spacious place, which is filled very often. the only way it flows is that the kitchen is managed by highly competent professionals with clear protocols and a lot of experience. with the necessary domain so that in spite of the volume and speed, never lose the personal touch that makes delicious each of the dishes they bring out. In the years since we met the restaurant, they have never lowered the list they themselves placed quite high. Girls and boys who attend to the public are another gift for the senses. you get a smile and you feel busy at all times even if you get a peak hour. It is also observed that they are very effective professionals, with a working system that makes everything flow with agility. in those moments of a lot of audience (which are many), even if you see yourself running with many open fronts, you do not lose the goodness and charm that characterizes you. making you feel welcome. all this in a place that combines the traditional with the modern, with very careful details, such as acoustics, makes it a very pleasant experience to eat there, either for leisure or for work. so many well-made things cannot be the fruit of chance. The person able to organize something like this demonstrates great professionalism, since it cannot be otherwise. Many times customers are not aware of how complicated it can be, to attend to all aspects that make up such a company. and pass on certain stones that appear on the road, like those that have appeared these last times, putting this sector in particular danger. That's why we sent you all the breath and thanks to the whole team for your work. We hope to keep seeing each other from time to time, for a long time.

We tried BideBide on the off channels, not in our first choice, but we found a table on a Monday evening without reservation. The place looks a little undescribed from the outside, but we were shown in a restaurant area... on the back over the bar, which was pretty busy with mostly Spanish customers, and had a pleasant modernist decor. The waiter was very helpful, spoke English to us and gave us a menu in English. We chose pork shoulders with apple puree and red pepper, and the cod with peppers and potatoes. Both were beautifully presented and served in appropriate portions a basket of bread at 80c cut the sauces. We accompanied with a decent bottle of Rioja at 9 euros and followed to dessert with the French toast, ice cream and toffee and a plate of cheese with quince jelly which were both very good. Total price for two persons two courses, including a bottle of wine: 52 Euro. Not bad! This place does not seem to attract many tourists or Tripadvisor reviews, although it is not far from the beaten track, not far from the western end of the Kursaalbrücke, on the edge of the old town. We would definitely recommend it.
When we came in, we were greeted by a blond waitress, she didn't seem happy to see us. When we were confused why we had to order 2 of the same dishes for them, she was fed and just left.... After 5 minutes a smily cheerful brunette waitress came with a braid and took our order, she patiently explained us and corrected Spanish, she also took and gave me a new knife at the moment when I dropped my old, our food came really fast and a brunette waitress came with a bunny and served our food. She was so nice and made jokes with us. In total there were 33 euros for a bottle of water, a basket of bread, two main courses and two desserts, which ia quite cheap.
Fuimos sin reserva y tuvimos que esperar por una mesa libre, pero valió la pena porque comimos muy bien, a un precio adecuado y nos atendieron fenomenal las camareras. El servicio fue excelente y la comida deliciosa.
