For work in San Salvo, I find myself casually, near this trattoria. At lunchtime. As it happens to those who like me are often in a hurry, I stopped with the only expectation to feed me, nothing more. The atmosphere of the room is extremely “house”, in a table were dining the manager, the cook (maybe wife? and a boy (maybe son? , plus a couple of clearly adventors in the area. I immediately notice a wall full of wild boar photos, after as many hunting trips. In each photo there is also the manager of the trattoria. Equally homemade service: non-existent paper menu, proposal of a typical mixed starter from Abruzzo, some first, a couple of seconds. It represents the boar. Beyond everyone's expectations (I read rather negative comments, I found this place extremely genuine and “sincere”. For me used to eating in restaurants every day was a beautiful surprise. I'll be back every time I pass through San Salvo.
We found this place by browsing the internet, and luckily I would say. All very good from appetizers to wild boar pappardelle at mixed arrest. Surely we'll be back on the next occasion. Recommended
Even this time the top. I came back when my grandmother was cooking. Quality of raw materials is courtesy are the strong point of the local. Price 20€.
Owners rude and unavailable to the customer. Cleaning zero. Ragù probably of the roast of the day before fired for boar ragù. What a nightmare! Never again!
