Sharetea - San Ramon

Great service, very popular place. Halloween is just a month away and this store is ready for it. Awesome tasty bubble tea. Love the ginger tea.

Split on cup into two mini sized cups. Felt a little bit less than half of a normal size, but it was still very good. The boba was sweet with a tea flavor.

The boba at this place is consistently delicious! The service is friendly and it's my sister's favorite boba spot. You can earn points towards a free boba here. The only downside is that Sharetea has different inventory at each location, so one store might have items that another doesn't. Unfortunately, this Sharetea location doesn't have winter melon milk tea.

I requested water with a generous amount of ice but was given water with just one tiny piece of ice, the smallest I have ever seen. It was as if they had crushed an ice cube and chose the tiniest fragment to put in my glass. Only one piece of ice! They offer the option of light ice, which now makes me nervous about what that would mean. My friend ordered a taro drink with Boba but couldn't finish it because he thought it tasted like heavy whipping cream. While the service was fast and the staff was friendly, I don't plan on returning to this restaurant.

I loved the service, went in there to get a tea for my boss, but he said the tea was mid. My suggestion is to ask the people who are at the place for suggestions on their best items if you want the best experience. Taro tea there isn't the best.
