Mcdonald's - San Ramon

Terrible manager was around pm at the present window. I asked extra souse and she ask me .54 cents ??????????????????? I said I give you back barbecue souse and give me buffalo souse and she said ok???? I gave back on drive thru window. Never had sameexperience in McD . Honestly I hate go there because this person, very rude and unprofessional. Bad service ???????? sorry SanRamon

I have always had a special place in my heart for McDonald's since I was a child. Despite the changing times, I can always count on McDonald's for their consistency. My favorite items have always been their fries and chicken nuggets. While I can't indulge in fast food all the time, it's always a pleasure to treat myself once in a while. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and my drive-through orders are always accurate. This is important to me as I rely on the drive-through due to my busy schedule. I appreciate that the staff always remembers my sauces and ketchup, ensuring that my childhood memories at McDonald's remain intact. Thank you to the staff for their exceptional service.

I constantly have to remind them about the sauces I ordered. I never receive the correct amount on the first try. They also tend to make mistakes with orders, so make sure to double check what you receive.

The food there was very delicious, of course, and it was 100% fully cooked and fresh, of course, too! The employees there were VERY polite, respectful, courteous, considerate, responsible, and professional, also aswell!????????????????????????????????????????????
