Pedro was our server and he was super personable- even better is his recommendations of food and drinks. First time leaving review, but I come here often with my family, husband and me with three young children under the age of five. The restaurant is kids friendly with direct access to a large center lawn at Bishop Ranch

Additionally, our server suggested a 24% tip, but my wife noticed it and he didn’t seem apologetic at all. That’s just not good service!

We started with the burrata bruschetta, which unfortunately turned out to be quite bland. The bread tasted like generic store-bought options, and I only just noticed on the menu that it was supposed to be sourdough. Additionally, the bread was flimsy and not roasted enough, making it difficult for the cheese to stay on top. I wouldn’t order that again. The Caesar salad was refreshing, just as you'd expect. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but if you’re a fan of Caesar salad like I am, you'll be satisfied. The pizza was quite good, though the Prosciutto di Parma had more arugula than ham, which was a bit off balance. However, I really enjoyed the Funghi Misti pizza; the blend of mushroom and cheese flavors was fantastic. If I were judging solely based on the food, I would give it 3 stars, as I expected better flavors for the price. However, I’m giving it 4 stars overall for the great atmosphere, location, and good service. I think it's worth a visit, but you don't necessarily need to return unless you're looking for a family-style dining experience.

We had some family come over from Bakersfield and decided to come eat at De la Rosa for our first time. Our experience was Awesome, our waiter Pedro was super friendly and attentive and recommended us food since it was our first time here the food was amazing. But what made it a greater experience was that our waiter Pedro made us feel welcome and at home.

Came here with family for dinner on a weekday. The staff here is amazing, especially our host. Super helpful, attentive and hilarious. The food and wine we all enjoyed was delicious.. definitely would come back for the rib eye dinner and cauliflower appetizer!
