Brothers Kitchen - San Ramon

I am grateful for the opening of a true Korean restaurant that offers tasty jjajangmyeon and jjambong nearby. It is clear that a lot of care and consideration went into selecting the ingredients and crafting the recipes. I look forward to dining in someday, as I can't wait to taste the freshest versions of these dishes!

I am sad to say that my time with Brother's Kitchen has come to an end. I used to frequent this restaurant last year and knew it was good. However, after returning a year later, I was shocked to see how much the prices had increased. The prices listed on the menu were also inaccurate and had gone up once again, reflecting the rapid rise in food prices. While I understand that everyone is feeling the impact of price increases, it is difficult to justify spending so much on food when there are cheaper options available. Consumers are now looking for better value, and unfortunately, this restaurant no longer offers that. The quality of the food has also declined slightly, with the beef bulgogi being dry and less seafood in the jjamppong. Additionally, the portions of kimchi for to-go orders are not very generous. The service is still friendly, but with the rising food prices, the overall value of dining here has decreased. It is unfortunate that the restaurant has reached a point where it is no longer worth it.

This restaurant is locally owned and run by a friendly family. The Korean food is authentic and delicious. There are no bad choices on the menu, as it's all about personal preference. The staff are willing to spice up any dish to your liking. The dining area is simple and authentic. Be sure to give this place a try.

I only go to this place for jjajangmyeon noodle with black bean sauce). It gives me a homemade food vibe. It makes me feel like I am eating a real meal rather than some seasoning boosted, too good to be true food that you eat at other restaurants. You get to taste everything ingredients. Maybe some more pork pieces would make it even better.

Brothers kitchen is a good spot for anyone in the San Ramon area that's craving a bowl of jj noodles or jampon. Overall the taste of the food is good and they always make your order on time. This is one of my regular go to spots!
