Sushi for 40 years and THE BEST. when I travel to Laguna Beach and Newport Beach I still rush from the airport to You Shang for the BEST SUSHI I've tasted.

Food is quick to arrive at your table, staff is nice and you can always find table available.good flavor
Very very good food, however there was only one girl working in this while busy restaurant. There shouldn't be just one person.
