Mcdonald's - San Rafael

The food is wrong half the time. Most of the time you have to make sure that everything is in the bag before you leave because they miss items. The customer service sucks. I rarely ever see a smile comes from any of the employee faces or they don’t even try to greet you when you come to the window, they never say hello or thank you. It’s just a very sad state. You would think that because you paid so much for fast food that you would be treated kindly, but sadly that’s not the case.

Very rude person at the drive through window try to ask a question just shuts the window and ignore you not the first time this has happened very poor customer service didn't even get everything I ordered will not be going back to this location

Double charged me on multiple occasions. They don’t know how to see if they received payment in the app, and then charge me again.

This location never gets my order right. It's time to stop spending my money here! Every time I order nuggets I'm either given the wrong sauce, or none at all. My customizations are never correct either. I added cheese and pickles to a chicken sandwich, they took it upon themselves to remove the tomatoes. On top of that the chicken was burned. Go somewhere else.

It is very good especially the sprite,fries and the burgers and I get that every time. also people are so nice there and the service is very good. The place looks very good and neat. Better that a lot of food places and restaurants on California. The best thing out of all is definitely the burger it just tastes so good. Also I love that you guys have toys for us. Also the toys are very cool and fun to play with. That's why I gave you a 5 star keep it up guys!
