I wish I read the other review first...too expensive, stingy with salsa and napkins for a to go order...a bland $15.30 burrito shrimp) ...the former owner's restaurant was infinitely better , regarding quality and prices, this joint will fail, as it should

Poor customer service. The food was plain and not seasoned at all. Ask for extra salsa because you're going to need it. This place was overpriced for the quality of food. Won't be returning. Miss the old management.

My recollection is I started hitting this spot in ‘01/02; it’s always yummtastic !!!! Staff always friendly and chill

I would give this restaurant more than 5 stars if I could! The restaurant is under new ownership, and I made the drive all the way from Hayward for the second weekend in a row. The staff is super friendly, the food came out quickly and you could tell it was all fresh. My favorite Mexican restaurant by far! I ordered menudo, my boyfriend got nachos de al pastor, and the kids got nachos and more menudo. The hand-made tortillas were delicious and they gave us a generous portion of carne. We also took a torta de milanesa to go - the food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

I decided to give this restaurant another try after a disappointing meal on our last visit. I noticed that there is a new owner with much improved food. I ordered the breaded steak and my girlfriend got the shrimp cocktail. Both dishes were delicious and full of flavor. I highly recommend this place!
