Round Table Pizza - San Rafael

Pepperoni pizza yum!! Haven't been since MV location. Sad that Salad Bar was sub par and No actual solid utensils. Just super flimsy plastic utensils. Which only had Forks in their bins.Granted Easter Sunday lunch... pizza still Yummy!

Don’t know about the pizza. This review is purely for their service. It sucks. My experience with The woman who answering the phone son 4/30/2024 at 4:28pm, was exceptionally poor. The level of entitlement and the attitude displayed were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience significantly marred a child’s birthday celebration. When inquiring about the timing of our order, the response was not only unhelpful but also conveyed with a level of annoyance that was completely uncalled for. Based on this experience, I am compelled to give a zero-star review, primarily due to the terrible service and attitude of the staff.

My family and I love pizza, so each time we travel we get pizza for at least one meal. I've been to pizza in every corner of the US, Chicago, matty matheson's pizza joint, Tommaso's, momofuku(canada).My wife loves breadsticks, so the roundtable chain is always a solid bet (they have good breadsticks consistently)I don't ushually write reviews but I had to today. We got our food, the pizza was great and these are the best breadsticks we have ever had, seriously.The owner was working and we got to speak to him, he's a great guy (Nick).Well my wife went to check out the local parks with the kids durring my appointment and she told me while we were eating that she heard a noise.. long story short, we had a problem that we needed to address or we would end up broken down. The owner Nick came out in the rain with me, gave me some zipties/materials and came up with a way to mitigate the impending disaster.We were far from home and he made sure my family could make it back without my wife being stuck on the side of the road out of kindness, he was genuine.Out of every pizza place we have gone to this will always be my favorite because the food is honestly top notch and the owner is amazing. We will always stop by when we are down this way and I'd be happy to go out of our way to order tons of the breadsticks next time.

Today I had terrible service, just as I saw that another person was in front of me and was treated in the same way, two guys on night shift today, Wednesday 11-22-23, were very disrespectful, rude and unhygienic since they They left me waiting for a long time while they took my order, both people spent it on their cell phone, I think they should take more action regarding the experiences that other people have had and their reviews, the person in front of me made the decision to leave the store, with respect to healthiness I think that their clothing and hair costs are not hygienic at all and in my opinion I would not recommend this place to be able to enjoy the food, I think they would eat with anger, this place is not worth it not a star.

A better round table since it’s under a new owner is all I could say he even gave my nephew free
