Scialla - SAN PIETRO VERNOTICO

It is rare to find a menu in puglia that has not been passed on by generations. these young have learned clearly their trade away from home and have a varied menu. they can not be deducted from the description of almost food. it is served real eating. on real dishes (warm teller also), with real cutlery and table service. a look at the pie work for the beer oumps and they will find that the owners are perfectionists. the jalapeno paprika in cream cheese and the Mexican hamburger were great. the only comparison with almost food is the price.

We were in scialla to test this famous cheeseburger, and now we can confirm that is the best hamburger. we will come back whenever we can!
