Estrella Negra - San Pedro de Atacama

I visited multiple times and had the daily menu. Sometimes they offered veganised local dishes, and I loved that they actually used a protein replacement e.g. Pastel de Choclo with seitan . Staff was very friendly and spoke decent English!

I went there 3 times, eating the menu of the day. It was very tasty every time.

Very friendly staff. The vegan options are labelled. There are things like burgers, pizza and tacos on the menu and they have a vegan desert on the menu. I had a chickpea burger with a homemade bun. It was freshly prepared with tomatos, avocados and green beans in it and a salsa on the side which was good as the burger was a bit dry but I liked it anyway .
