We ordered a Tlaxke (a refreshing hibiscus yogurt juice combo) which was right tasty and Nopal Gratinado (cactus paddles with four types of cheese and beans). Also had the Tortilla Cholulteca – a Mexican take on lasagna, with tortillas, vegetables, cheese and tomato sauce. And with seven types of chilli sauces to pick from! Very nice people too.
A beautiful hidden terrace in a rooftop awaits those who want to share a magic cup of pulque and enjoy a fantastic view of the city. They have all types of delicious sweet and sour varieties of pulque. It's a must in Cholula.
