Isolina Costa Rica - San Pedro

Nope. Everything looks great, taste is a different story. We don’t drink so we really hope for excellent food. Very disappointed. Tiny portions, no flavor and horrendous flavor combos. The plantain croquettes left me nauseous. Service was great. Come for drinks maybe, but eat elsewhere.

We did not care about this place at all. Items on the menu were not available. We don’t mind to pay for good food and good service. Server needs more training.

We sat at the bar and Dani made us a gin and a mezcal cocktail and both were incredible. She took the time to understand our tastes and likes and spun up excellent cocktails. Highly recommend!

If you’ve stumbled across this restaurant this is me telling you to not walk but run. The flavors of the food are incredible. I wanted a mezcal cocktail and the server picked one for me that was delicious. I had the Seabass Tiradito, Braised Beef Ribs and Chocolate Tartlet. Friendly staff and it’s in a great area for exploring other restaurants and bars by foot.
