Mcdonald's - San Pedro

4 stars just because it's mc donalds, but I love the shakes. faster service in their drive thru.

The bathroom here smells like rotten eggs.its been this way for months. With all the money they make you think someone would come look in the vents or fix the plumbing. There is always water around the toilet in the habdicapp bathroom. The soap dispensers are dirty when you rub the soap on your hands you can see dirt. Today there was no toilet paper in one bathroom and no soap in one dispenser. It's pretty gross and I'm not even that picky of a person I use the jack n box bathroom across the street now.

In general I like McDonald's but this place will take your money in the drive thru then tell you to go park and wait for the food. What is the point of the drive thru? We are just burning $7 a gallon gas waiting for them. It's not just me when I go every car ahead of me and every car behind me and gets pushed to the side to wait in the parking lot for their food. Customers are not stupid and we know that they do it to keep their service scored high with corporate or whoever's monitoring them and it needs to stop because it will cause more people to not go to that location as there is another one right down the street on Western that does not do that to you ever and as fast service. Even when I drive by after getting off the 110 freeway I look in the parking lot and it's just people waiting for their food in the car. Hopefully somebody in management sees this and put a stop to it because it's pointless.

Manger liz is very proffessional never had a issue with her, shes sweat and kind. Its in her body language shes genuinely kind.. #1 Manager they should give her a raise!

This McDonald’s location is great, Employees here are always friendly.
