La Choza del Chef

We stayed here recently on our coach trip to mitla ruins, it was just about the only eating place I saw on this road. I guess that and the fact that it was about the midday that this place was packed, which led to some...fine advenure eating, buffet style. first they wait five minutes to find a plate, clean, if possible, if not, good, at least they have a plate, press or in the direction to what was food in the portion area was pushed. if the emptied wanders to the next huge pot of whatever, until it disappeared, and so on and so on. in consideration of the circumstances, eating was not so bad that is when they have any.

We pulled in for lunch and first impression was not great,huge place offering a vast Help yourself' range of Salads,soups and stews,BBQ meats and the fast most efficient service ever. I cannot speak more highly of this place if you are looking for good food...in simple surroundings at a very reasonable Price....make the effort and try this place.

An all you can eat buffet handy to multiple local attractions. The food was what you would expect from a buffet, nothing amazing but we all went back for seconds. The place seats a lot of people and was still very busy when we got...there later than the normal lunch hour.

The quality of the bark and the choorizos that they serve would not have the standards for the production of dog food, all other buffet dishes not really protein, it is a quantity salsa with the rest of something huh or just the waste of a random animal.
